Motor Control Centre(MCC)

Motor Control Centres (MCC's) are generally built like conventional MCC's but with the important differences like Control is achieved through a microprocessor-based system. Network technology is used to replace hard wiring (Profibus, DeviceNet or Ethernet) and some degree of enhanced diagnostic or protective functionality is included.

Motor Control Centres system is used in realisation of various types of solutions for the supply and control of electrical motors. MCC's are used to centralise the distribution of power and control to motors in the process industries. The system also includes instrumentation cabinets, integrated power factor compensation solutions and a busbar trunking system. Network technology is used to replace hard wiring (Profibus, DeviceNet or Ethernet). Some degree of enhanced diagnostic or protective functionality is included.

Motor Control Centre (MCC) provides optimal solutions to automation in the utility of various industries. We flexibility to manufacture or procure MCC’s to custom specifications allows end users to get exactly what they need. Control system functionality begins with power, and a critical aspect of designing control systems is the ability to properly, and safely, handles power distribution. We have extensive experience with motor control centres that serve a single operation and ranging up to centres that serve an entire industrial plant.
